Landlord Gas Safety Checks
Landlords are legally required to have all gas appliances properly tested for safety every 12 months. Rates exclude materials and are subject to VAT at the current rate. Time is charged for non-stock items that may need to be collected from merchants, this forms part of the hourly charge caped at a maximum of one hour.
Our working office hours are Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 1pm. Rates for all out of hours work is generally 1.5 times the normal hourly rate. We have a 24-hour answer phone, messages will be picked up and dealt with as soon as we are able.
